Bitmask indicating statistics support. One of the following:

• DBPROPVAL_TS_CARDINALITY—Supports column and tuple cardinality information on columns in a statistic.
• DBPROPVAL_TS_HISTOGRAM—Supports histogram information on the first column of a statistic. Providers supporting histograms should set this bit, as well as DBPROPVAL_ORS_HISTOGRAM, in the DBPROP_OPENROWSETSUPPORT property.
