Before You Begin

In order to complete the exercises and examples in this chapter, you need to have the following:

• Two servers running Microsoft Windows Server 2003 installed and configured as Server01 and Server02 in the contoso.com domain.

• Exchange Server 2003, Enterprise Edition, installed on both servers.

• Microsoft Outlook 2003 installed on a workstation in the domain or, alternatively, on one of the servers.
