Organizational Matrix

Many organizations have struggled with the creation of a team responsible for the formation of an enterprise architecture. We firmly believe that the champion of enterprise architecture should be a high ranking individual (e.g., vice president). Figure 12-1 presents a representative organizational chart that can serve as a guide. We hope it provides appropriate information for responding to those who can't get behind the enterprise architecture concept.
