About the Authors

William C. Wake ([e-mail], www.xp123.com) is a programmer, author, and teacher. He's the author of Extreme Programming Explored (Addison-Wesley, 2001) and the inventor of the Test-First Stoplight and the Programmer's Cube. His next two projects are an XP evaluation kit and a refactoring workbook.

Steven A. Wake ([e-mail]) is a software development manager at a large credit card company. Before that, he worked in the development of configuration management tools and in materials tracking. His professional interest is in how whole teams can best work together to develop software effectively.
