INTRODUCTION
In PowerPoint, you can print copies of your slides, handouts for your audience, notes pages, or the outline. For example, you might want to print copies of your presentation so the audience can follow along, print your presentation in Outline view for your boss to review, or print speaker notes for yourself.
TIP
Additional Printing Options
In the Print Range area of the Print dialog box, you can select to print all slides, the current slide, or specific slides. In the Copies area, you can select the number of copies to print or have PowerPoint collate the slides.
