Help your employees recognize each other.
Creating a culture of recognition in your work group is often as simple as giving them the tools. Try giving each of your employees a stack of thank-you cards and asking them to please begin to recognize each other when they see a coworker demonstrating company or team values.
There is one caveat: your employees will receive this instruction with a favorable attitude only if you’ve set the example first. You’ll find if you are free with your praise, your employees will quickly get on board.
