We are continually amazed at how long managers will put up with poor performance, low morale and high turnover before deciding that something has to change. In most cases, that something is your management approach.
Before you lose one more employee, before you have to face another quarter of disappointing profits, before one more employee comes in to complain—make a change for the better with recognition.
