There are some times when taking work home (or at least something from it) is a good idea. Tonight is one of those times.

Recognition isn’t just for the office. Done frequently and sincerely, it can improve our relationships, even patch up painful rifts. Think about it: appreciation breeds respect. And respect is the foundation of any loving relationship.
