I truly hope that you as the reader do not feel shortchanged by this chapter. Implementation really is easy — costly, but easy — provided that you have laid the foundations properly during the earlier stages. Of course, no matter how good your preparation is, there will be problems that will have to be overcome, but if you have come this far they should not be unsurmountable and remember that the most difficult problems to overcome will be associated with people rather than with the technological aspects of your program.
The circle is closed by going right back to the very beginning: by taking up some of those items that for one reason or another could not be addressed by the first implementation of your initiative or program; by starting the second phase of your initiative even while you are implementing the first.
In other words — we do it all again!
