Troubleshooting Lab

One of your users is attempting to upgrade to Windows XP Professional on a computer that is currently running Windows 98. She tells you that she has inserted the Windows XP installation CD and that the Setup program started successfully. She chose the upgrade option and then Setup walked her through several initial steps, copied a number of files, and restarted the computer. When the computer restarted, the installation continued. However, during the installation process, she receives an error message with the following description:

INF File Textsetup.sif is corrupt or missing Status 14 SETUP CANNOT CONTINUE

Using your knowledge of the setup process and the Knowledge Base, determine what the problem could be and how you might solve it.
