Mistake 6: Failing to Test Properly During the Iteration

It is important to remember that prior to reaching the end of an iteration, you must test the contents developed during that iteration and find and correct the key defects. In addition, you should conduct regression tests on previously implemented functionality and correct the results by the end of the iteration. This means that the project manager must be sure to allow enough time within the iteration for these activities to occur. Do not attempt to force so much functionality into the iteration that testing cannot be properly conducted and the defects corrected.
