In the New Publication task pane, click Design Sets . -
In the list that appears, click the type of design you want, and in the preview pane, click the type of publication you want. -
Edit the contents of the publication as you wish. -
On the File menu, click Close , and when prompted to save the file, click Yes . -
In the Save as dialog box, browse to the folder where you want to save the file. -
In the File name box, type a name for your publication, and then click Save . |

Insert text and images as you wish. -
On the File menu, click Close , and when prompted to save the file, click Yes . -

On the Standard toolbar, click the Print Preview button. -
Move the magnifying pointer over the publication, and click to zoom in on any area you want to examine more closely. Then click again to zoom back out -
If necessary, on the Print Preview toolbar, click Close to return to the publication and make adjustments. -
On either the Print Preview toolbar or the Standard toolbar, click the Print buttonto display the Print dialog box. -
In the Name box, check the name of the printer that will be used, and if necessary click the down arrow and select a different printer. -
Set the print range and the number of copies, and then click OK . |

In the Color Printing dialog box in the Print all colors as area, click the Spot color(s) option. -
If a message box appears at this point, read the message, and click OK . -
Change or add inks or colors as needed, and when finished, click OK . |

On the Tools menu, point to Commercial Printing Tools , and then click Color Printing . -
In the Color Printing dialog box in the Print all colors as area, click the Process Colors (CMYK) option. -
If a message box appears at this point, read the message, and click OK . -
Change or add inks or colors as needed, and when finished, click OK . |
