Stephen R. G. Fraser has over 15 years of IT experience working for a number of consulting companies, ranging from the large consulting firms of EDS and Andersen Consulting (Accenture) to a number of smaller e-business companies. His IT experience covers all aspects of application and Web development and management, ranging from initial concept all the way through to deployment.

Siva Challa is a software design engineer in the Visual C++ compiler development team at Microsoft. He was involved in the design and implementation of Managed Extensions for C++ from the very early stages. Siva is the primary author of the book Essential Guide to Managed Extensions for C++. He holds a master's degree in artificial intelligence from the University of Hyderabad and a doctorate in computer science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Siva likes sports and loves to spend his spare time with his beautiful wife, Madhavi, and their adorable daughter, Ramya.
Douglas Milnes has been running his own consultancy and application development business since 1984.
