Cancellations/Rescheduling and No ShowsCancellations and rescheduling must be in accordance with the exam contractor's policy. Contact the examination site provider for more details. If you do not contact the exam contractor or do not report at the scheduled time, you forfeit the full examination fee. If this occurs, you must submit a new application and pay the full exam fee. If you have a medical emergency, you must submit a written notification and official medical documentation to PMI within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment.
