Copyrighted materials may not be transmitted via IM or e-mail by employees. Employees are not permitted to copy, transfer, rename, or edit copyright-protected material without permission of the owner. Copyright infringement may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination, as well as legal action by the copyright owner.
