Organize Your Outlook Data with Categories

One of the purposes of a program such as Microsoft Outlook is to help you find and organize your data. A library or bookstore organizes its books into several classifications. For example, this book can be found under a classification system similar to the following: Books\Reference\Technical\Computer\Microsoft\Outlook. There are many ways to categorize a book, and there are many ways to categorize your Outlook items. There's no right or wrong way to organize your Outlook items, and your methods may be completely different from any of your coworkers.
