FEMA provides communities with access to services through their regional offices and regional tribal liaisons. FEMA’s Web site offers essentials on education, training, grants, and funding. It also features a library of FEMA-specific disaster information. The Web site presents links to virtual resources, including DisasterHelp.gov and HazardMaps.gov, FEMA’s site for public access to online hazard advisory maps. Online training from the National Emergency Training Center’s Virtual Campus can be accessed via FEMA’s Training Resources Portal Page, which links to training at the Emergency Management Institute (EMI) and the U.S. Fire Administration’s National Fire Academy (NFA). FEMA.gov En Espańol provides the Spanish-speaking community with information about FEMA, disaster resources, preparedness articles, children’s books, and links to other disaster-related sites in Spanish.
