This section will introduce you to some more advanced topics in C++. Chapter 13 will show you the basics of data structures and algorithms. These topics are a cornerstone of computer science and programming. Then, Chapter 14 will show you the basics of games programming. Games programming is introduced for two reasons. The first being that games programming is quite challenging and can stretch your skills as a programmer. The second reason is that you will have worked very hard in the preceding thirteen chapters and it will be time to let our hair down and have some fun!
