Be sure to read the comments by people who have actually used the extensions before you download, install, or purchase an extension.

The Darkside: Tech Dabbling (www.pawluk.com/public). Hal Pawluk offers Dreamweaver extensions, JavaScript code snippets, and a tell-a-friend-about-this-site form.
Templates2go for Dreamweaver (www.templates2go.com). Designer Linda Locke offers four packages of predesigned Web sites for business, e-commerce, and personal use. Each package includes 25 sites.
