3. What Your Peers Avoid

This is easy: Observe (without judgment) what your peers seem to avoid. Do your peers avoid these tasks or projects because they are inconsequential, or because they do not enjoy them? Are these tasks or projects essential to delivering great results? Watch what it is that your peers don’t do, and if it is important, do it (and do it well).
