Postmortem sounds very sinister. What this means though is to go back and evaluate the project. See where you made mistakes, made savings, found new information, and the like. Collect it, document it, and feed it back into whatever process you use, refining it as you go along. As we learn over time, we will not make the same mistakes and will gain advantage over our competitors .
