Creating PDF Files

You can convert your InDesign files into PDF documents so that others can read them even if they do not have the InDesign application.

To set the PDF export options:

1.	Click each of the categories on the left side of the dialog box to display the options as described in the chart below: The Export PDF categories list. Tip You do not need to set all the controls every time you print unless you need to change a specific setting.
2.	Click the Export button to create the PDF file.
