Moving Forward

If you’ve been reading this book from the start, then congratulations! You’ve almost finished. Only one more chapter follows, which is a special chapter devoted to managers.

In the present chapter, I talked about the usability issues in installation programs, online help, and training. Who would have thought that even training has usability issues? But anybody who has sat through a bad training session knows that such sessions certainly lack usability.

Finally, remember the way that the parts all fit together: A great software program is so easy to use that the user won’t need much online help or training. But a great software package includes great online help and great training, just in case. They all fit together!
