Downloading BAPIs or RFCs to Excel
You can export BAPIs, RFCs, or any business objects to Excel by downloading the associated data to an Excel spreadsheet. Log on to the R/3 system and select the data you want to download. Then choose Tools, View in Microsoft Excel. After you download and save the data this way, you can perform any Excel operation upon it.
