Chapter 12. Adding Effects, Filters, and Deformations

The terms effects , filters , and deformations are basically synonymous. Some of the earlier versions of Paint Shop Pro separated filters and deformations, and as you access the Internet for tutorials on different projects, you might see them still referred to as filters or deformations. However, Paint Shop Pro now combines them and refers to them as "effects." Special effects aren't big enough words to describe what some of these items do for you!
