Excel provides several methods for editing an incorrect cell, whether it's a label, a value, or a formula. One method involves simply retyping the desired data in the correct cell . When you press Enter, the new data replaces the old data. If, however, the data is complex or lengthy, you might want to edit only a portion of the existing information. You can make changes to a cell entry directly in the cell.
