iChat AV: KEEPING YOUR CAMERA FROM GOING TO SLEEP

I picked up this great tip from Scott Sheppard over at OSXFAQ.com and it's for people who don't use iChat AV with Apple's iSight, but instead use their own digital camcorder. The problem: After about 5 minutes, most commercial camcorders go to sleep automatically to preserve battery life. The solution: Remove the DV tape from the camcorder and it stops the camera from ever going to sleep. I never would have thought of that. Thanks, Mr. Sheppard.
