SMART MAILBOX IDEA 3: UNREAD MAIL

SMART MAILBOX IDEA #3: UNREAD MAIL

A lot of users (myself included) have more than one email account. For example, I've got a public email address that's posted on several websites that is the recipient of floods of spam, then a private address I only give my friends, and another address I only use for shopping online. So, if you have multiple email accounts, you can make your life easier by creating a new Smart Mailbox for all your unread mail. That way, no matter which account the mail comes into, you'll be able to see all your new unread mail in just one nice, neat Smart Mailbox. Here's how: Choose New Smart Mailbox from the Actions pop-up menu in the bottom-left corner of the Mail window. When the Smart Mailbox dialog appears, from the first pop-up menu choose Message Is Unread. That's itthat's the only choice you have to makenow click OK and all your unread mail will be just one click away. As you read a message, it removes itself from the Smart Mailbox. This thing's not smart. It's brilliant!
