Playing Mahjong Titans

Mahjong Titans is a single-player version of the traditional Mah-jongg game. The object is to remove all the tiles by selecting matching tiles that are free to be removed. To be free, they must have either their left or right side unimpeded by another tile. The tiles have both classes and numbers, except for the special tiles depicting flowers, dragons, seasons, and winds. The tiles must match exactly, except for the flowers and seasons tiles; any season tile can match any other season tile, and any flower tile can match any other flower tile.

Play Mahjong Titans

Choose Mahjong Titans from the Games folder of the Start menu, and select the game pattern to play to start the game.

Locate two matching tiles that are free, click the first tile, and then click the second tile.

If you're stuck, do either of the following, and then click the highlighted matching pair of tiles:

• Press the H key to have the game highlight a matching pair.
  
  
• Right-click a tile, and, if a match is free, the matching tile will be highlighted.
  
  

Continue clicking free matching tiles until all the tiles are removed (you win) or there are no more available matches (you lose). To get bonus points, remove tiles of the same class and/or same class and number in consecutive turns, or remove sets of seasons or sets of flowers in consecutive turns.

Tip

If you find it difficult to judge the height of each stack of tiles, try changing the appearance of the tiles and background by pressing the F7 key.
