Conclusion

It has been a good iteration. We ve learned a lot, and we can tell that our C# code is better and more facile now than it was at the beginning of this effort. We ve figured out how to test and how to deploy, and we did it in a very small amount of time. No infrastructure, no warming up, just test, design, and code.

One more thing I ve noticed that might help you. Because we know that every day s work has to be written up for the Web site, we make a point of doing little retrospectives all the time, basically going over what has happened and what we have learned. I think it s helping us learn faster and remember more. You might want to try that technique yourself.
