Along with Google Watch, Webmaster World's Google forum is one of the most visited sites for serious Google watchers. Naturally, this forum is populated by Webmasters - site owners trying to maximize their exposure in the Google index and on search results pages. Much of the conversation is fairly advanced and technical, as you can see even from a glance at the discussion headers shown in Figure 18-1.

Topics in this forum include bettering one's PageRank, understanding and coping with the Google dance, anticipating the deep crawl and preparing a site for it, and the best ways to lure the Google spider, make it happy, and endure its occasional wrath.

Recently, Webmaster World started two new forums, one for the Google Toolbar and one for Google AdWords.
