Appendix B: Resin Status

Caucho provides two ways you can download the Resin server. One option is to download the full-source package. The other option, the "snapshot," is the latest version, but keep in mind that it has not gone through Caucho's full quality assurance cycle. All of the downloads are available at www.caucho.com/download/, as shown in Figure A.1.

In the Binaries section, you can find the latest tested versions of Resin and Resin-EE for both the Windows and Unix platforms. Documentation is also available on this page. For those of you who want the older archived and tested versions of Resin, they are available as well.

Moving down the page, the next section is called Experimental Snapshots, as shown in Figure A.3.

The experimental snapshots are complete systems, but they have not been fully tested. You will find version 3.x's latest snapshots as well as snapshots for the older 2.1 version.

The last section on the page features source downloads, shown in Figure A.4.
