Be able to name the types of cost of quality. The types of costs are prevention costs, appraisal costs, and failure costs.

Explain the three processes used to develop a risk management plan. Risk identification is the process of identifying and documenting the potential danger areas in your project. Risk analysis evaluates the severity of the impact to the project and the probability that the risk will actually occur. Risk response planning is the process of reviewing each item on the prioritized list of potential risks impacting the project to determine what, if any, action should be taken.

Know and understand the information to include in a communications management plan. A communications plan identifies the audience, objective, medium, responsibility, and frequency.

Be able to name the types of contracts. Contracts can be fixed price, cost reimbursable , or time and materials.
