CD Content

This CD-ROM contains source code and software to assist you in improving your programming techniques. The CD-ROM is organized into two main folders, one called Source containing the source code examples from the book, and another called Tools containing software that is useful for improving programming efficiency. In addition, copies of all the figures from the book are provided in the Figures folder.

Source

The Source folder contains both C++ and Java examples. The C++ examples are available under the Examples folder and are further organized by chapter. For convenience, a Microsoft Visual Studio .NET project file is provided.

The Java examples can be found under the JavaExamples folder under the com.crm.ppt.examples package. The Java examples are also organized by chapter. For convenience, an Apache Ant build file is provided.

Documentation for all examples can be found in the html folder.
