Web Printing Options

  1. Choose Tools > Options > HTML Document > Print, or choose File > Print and click the Options button.

  2. Select what you want to print.

It's a good idea to select the Create single print jobs option. If you don't select it, the first page of the second copy might be printed on the back of the last page of the first copy.

If you select a printer in the Print window and a fax here, the printer will be used.

The Print Options window is shown in Figure 17-1.

Single print jobs and duplex printers

Be careful of the Create Single Print Jobs option in the Form Letter or Print Options window, for any application, when you print to a duplex printer. If this option is selected, each new print job will begin on a new page even if you are using a duplex printer. If this field is not checked then the first page of the second copy might be printed on the reverse side of the last page of the first copy, especially if there is an odd page number.

Brochures

The Brochure feature is implemented in an extremely clumsy way. If you'd like to read more about it, however, see Printing Brochures on page 88.

Printing notes

The Print Options window lets you choose whether to print notes in the page. (To add notes to your documents, see Inserting Notes on page 459.) To print notes, see Printing Notes on page 427.
