Printing Messages

When you receive a message you want to print, you can do so quickly by selecting it in the Inbox window and clicking the Print tool on the Standard toolbar. A Printing status box appears for a moment while the message is sent to the printer.

If you want to change the print options before you print, take the longer route by choosing Print from the File menu. This action displays the Print dialog box, where you can select additional options. You ll notice that your choices are fairly limited if you stick with the Memo Style (the default print format); the only choice you have is to print attached files. If you select Table Style, however, you can click Page Setup to control the format, font, margins, and more; specify the number of copies you want; and choose the range of rows you want to print. Click Preview after you ve made your selections to see how the message will look when printed.
