Single-User License Agreement

Whizlabs Software Product License is a legal agreement between you (an individual) and Whizlabs Software Private Limited granting you a non-exclusive and non-transferable right for the software product it accompanies . By this agreement only you (and no one else) are entitled to install, use, or copy the software product, updates (if any), and the accompanying documentation (collectively known as the "Software"). Whizlabs retains exclusive rights to continue owning the software product that is protected by copyright and other international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying of the software product or failure to comply with this Agreement will result in automatic termination of this license and entitle Whizlabs to pursue suitable legal action.
