Evaluate Prototyping Effort (Process Notes 5.3.4)

This task evaluates the prototype-building effort and defines some prototyping metrics. These metrics are input to the task of estimating how long it will take to analyze and design similar-sized components in the real system.

• Calculate the number of function points contained in this prototype.

• What problems did you experience when building this prototype?

• What lessons did you learn?

The metrics will be used to help identify future prototyping opportunities and to help make estimates for future stages of the project.
