For maritime transport services, joint venture fleets are permitted, but the foreign equity share shall be no more than 49 per cent.
Joint ventures for internal waterway transport, road transport and railway transport are permitted. But there are restrictions on equity shares.
For aviation services, the foreign service providers are permitted to offer computer reservation services and aircraft repair and maintenance services subject to certain conditions.
