Prohibited provisions in technology licences:

• unnecessary terms requiring the purchase of products, raw materials, equipment, technology or services;

• restrictions on improvement or use of improvements of the licensed technology;

• restrictions on acquisition of competitive technology;

• terms requiring payments or obligations arising out of expired or invalidated patents;

• unreasonably restrictive terms concerning procurement, sales price, export channel and product type.
