You know all too well that GarageBand comes with no user manualthat's why you're reading this book! What official Apple documentation you do get appears in this menu.

B.7.1. GarageBand Help

Choosing it (or pressing -?) opens Apple's Help Viewer program, which provides dozens of articles documenting the various GarageBand features. It gives you a searchable reference at your disposal if you forget how to do something (or lose this book).

B.7.2. Keyboard Shortcuts

This is really just another link into the GarageBand Help system, but a particularly valuable one. It takes you to a table showing more than 50 keyboard shortcuts in GarageBand. (They're also listed in Appendix C.)
