Constraining Proportions

When you draw a circle, it is important that the height and width stay in proportion. To do that, you simply hold down the Shift key while you draw your circle.

1.	On the toolbar, click the Create Circle tool. Notice that the Circle tool still shows in the Create tool set, because it was the last tool used.
2.	On the Canvas, hold down the Shift key and drag the crosshairs down and to the right. Release the mouse. Now you should have a perfect circle. The circle isn't quite the size we want here. In the next task, we'll resize it.
