Well, this is the end of Getting Started with Motion Graphics. If you followed along with all of the lessons, you should feel comfortable with the basic Motion interface and such Motion features as behaviors, filters, and particles. You're now ready to go out and create projects from scratch. If you really enjoyed working with Motion and want to learn more about its advanced features, I strongly recommend another book in the Apple Pro Training Series, Motion: Revolutionary Motion Graphics, by Damian Allen, also published by Peachpit Press (2004). Before you go, don't forget to finish the Master Project tasks for this lesson and to export your finished Master Project. You should also go through Bonus 11, located in the MOTION_INTRO Book Files folder in PDF format. Bonus 11 is a continuation of this lesson that discusses additional import and export formats that you can use with your Motion projects. Good luck, have fun, and may your behaviors be plentiful and your particles have long and colorful lives. |
