Printing from Code View

It can often be difficult to view code on a computer screen. Dreamweaver allows you to print out the code, a useful feature that can allow you to simply work on a hard copy or share with team members. You will need to have a printer connected to your computer to complete this exercise.

1.

In the training.html file, choose File > Print Code.

As long as you have a printer connected to your system you can print by clicking the Print button after specifying the printing options such as number of copies and page numbers.

Note

You can't print the Design view from within Dreamweaver. If you need to have a printout of the Web page as it will look in a browser, preview the page in a browser and print it from the browser.

You can close the training.html file.
