INTRODUCTION

Once your printer is set up, you can print your documents. Most programs enable you to preview a document to check the margins, heads, graphics placement, and so on before you print. Previewing can save time and paper because you can make any needed adjustments before you print.

TIP

Toolbar

The Print Preview window usually includes a toolbar for working with the document. Using buttons in this toolbar, you can magnify the view, print, change the margins, and more.

TIP

No Preview?

Most programs have a preview option, but if you don't see this command listed in your program, it is not available. You will have to print the document to see how it looks.
