Double-click the My Computer icon on the desktop.
In the My Computer window, right-click the disk for which you want information, and choose Properties from the menu that appears.
The disk's Properties dialog box opens, with the General tab displayed. View information about used and free space.
Click the OK button to close the dialog box.
You can display information about your disks, such as the size, the amount of occupied space, and the amount of free space.
