Power Tip: Spotting

When you want to remove dust and spots from an image, these keyboard shortcuts come in handy. Zoom up to the view you want to be in, usually 100%, and then press the Home key to begin in the upper-left corner of the image window. Then use the appropriate shortcuts to scroll down one screen at a time until you get to the bottom. After you get to the bottom, use the appropriate shortcut to scroll over one screen to the right, and then start scrolling up one screen at a time. Repeat this process until you end up in the lower-right corner of the image window. The advantage of using this method is that you are guaranteed not to miss any pixels in the image. Look at the Navigator palette to see where you are in the image.
