Indicate that this activity should be collaborative. Ask each team to select a facilitator (rotate this responsibility from one activity to the next ). The facilitator will be responsible for seeing that the team composes at least three SMART objectives, as outlined on the slide. Ask each group to use the SMART criteria as a checklist to evaluate their objectives. When they have completed their three SMART objectives, ask them to put them on the flipchart to share with the group .
As time allows, have teams read one another ‚ s objectives and evaluate them using the SMART criteria.
