This book has grown in size since the first edition, but it's not because two authors are now involved (at least, it's not just that two authors are now involved). Instead, it's due to the sheer mass of new functionality exposed by .NET, VS05, andour favorite cross-section of both of thoseWindows Forms 2.0. This appendix summarizes how Windows Forms 2.0 has evolved.
