Preparing the Project

This time, to launch Final Cut Express and get started in Lesson 11, you will open that project from the Lessons folder.

1.	Navigate to the Lessons folder on your hard drive and double-click Lesson 11 Project.
2.	Close any other projects that may be open from a previous session by Ctrl-clicking their name tabs in the Browser and choosing Close Tab from the shortcut menu. Note For this exercise, make sure you view the items in the Browser as a list.
3.	There are two open sequences in this project. In the Timeline, click the Starting sequence tab. At the moment, this sequence is empty.
